1 - agreed. The skills and personality that make someone a good founder don’t always survive the transition from being a startup to a stable, sustainable company.
2 - I read a great piece yesterday talking about the fact that historically, Western society has never valued labor, and has always commoditized workers. Sometimes I wonder to what extent the workers themselves have this idea ingrained into them to the point that it doesn’t even occur to us to raise the red flag or seek a better way of doing business because this is just how it’s always been?
